Every profile card you receive is built from independently verified data: references contacted claim-by-claim across at least two companies before the executive ever enters the network. Each executive carries a permanent LaunchCRO ID (e.g., "Executive #417") used throughout evaluation. When you select one, your company completes verification, identities are exchanged, and you meet — with LaunchCRO facilitating the introduction.

We're a precision matching platform — every executive in our network has been independently reference-verified, and every match is reviewed by the LaunchCRO team before it reaches you.

Our model is simple: a flat engagement fee when your search begins — a fraction of a traditional retained search — then a platform fee calculated as a percentage of your executive's monthly retainer, charged to the company (never to your executive), for as long as the engagement continues through LaunchCRO. If you later hire your executive into a full-time role, a flat conversion fee applies instead, and the platform fee ends. Exact figures depend on scope and are confirmed in your matching consultation. For contrast: traditional search firms charge six-figure fees — 20-30% of first-year salary — for a single introduction, with no ongoing support and no replacement commitment. You pay us as long as we're delivering value, and not a dollar more.

One engagement fee covers the search until you have the right executive — there is never a second fee for a second introduction. If the initial match isn't right, the LaunchCRO team keeps working with you to find one that is, from our verified network. That's possible because we verify references and track record before we introduce anyone — so we know what each executive has actually done, and for whom, before you ever meet them.

Your AI intake conversation is analyzed by the LaunchCRO team. We identify your stage, vertical, core problem, and the type of engagement you need. We then match that against our verified executive network — looking for executives who have solved your specific problem, in your specific industry, at your stage, with reference-verified track records. You receive 3 anonymous profile cards, typically within 48 hours. No names or contact information until you choose.

This is intentional and protective — for you and for the executives. Showing you anonymous verified profiles ensures you select based on outcomes and fit, not on brand recognition or LinkedIn connections. It also protects the integrity of our network: introductions happen through LaunchCRO, which means the search, the commercial terms, and our commitment to finding you the right executive all remain in place.

The platform fee is what keeps LaunchCRO working for you throughout the engagement — not just at the introduction. It funds ongoing engagement support, replacement assistance if the fit changes, and the LaunchCRO Success Program (structured check-ins, benchmarking, and course-correction at 30, 90, 180, and 365 days). You pay it only while the engagement continues through LaunchCRO; if the engagement genuinely ends, the fee ends with it. The principle is straightforward: you pay us for as long as we're delivering value, and the moment we aren't, you stop.

LaunchCRO takes no percentage, charges no placement fee, and bills you nothing — not to apply, not to be verified, not to be introduced, not to accept an engagement. The companies we serve pay us; you never do. What you negotiate is what you keep.

You provide 3+ professional references. LaunchCRO contacts each reference directly and asks 4 questions: what was your relationship, how long did you work together, what were the executive's specific commercial strengths, and would you work with or hire them again. No login required for references — it takes them about 3 minutes. Once your references have responded, we review what they told us alongside your application and a conversation with you. Verified Executive Status follows acceptance.

They don't touch you at all. The platform fee is charged to the company and is never deducted from your compensation. You have no fees of any kind — LaunchCRO never bills you and never takes a percentage of your pay. You keep 100% of what you negotiate, start to finish.

Yes — and many executives in our network do exactly that. Work with 1 company intensely or 4 simultaneously at 5-10 hours each. You decide during onboarding what your availability and preference is, and we match accordingly. Some executives prefer deep fractional engagements. Others prefer shorter project-based work (like The Hiring Sprint or The Pipeline Rescue) and cycle through companies quickly.
