By accessing or using LaunchCRO™ (launchcro.io) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, companies, and executives who access or use any part of the LaunchCRO™ platform operated by WSS LLC.
LaunchCRO™ is an AI-powered fractional executive placement platform connecting companies with verified fractional CROs, Heads of Sales, and GTM leaders in the crypto, AI, fintech, and payments sectors.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Companies agree to pay a flat placement fee of $7,500 upon hiring an executive introduced through LaunchCRO™. Executives agree to the stepped platform fee structure as disclosed at registration. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in the guarantee terms.
LaunchCRO™ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

LaunchCRO™ is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
LaunchCRO™ uses artificial intelligence to analyze intake submissions, generate executive matches, verify outcome claims, and produce 90-day engagement plans. By using the platform you consent to your information being processed by AI systems. No fully automated decisions with legal or significant effects are made without human review.
LaunchCRO™ does not sell personal information to third parties. We may share information with matched executives or companies as part of the introduction process, reference contacts for verification, and service providers under confidentiality agreements.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion by emailing tom@launchcro.io. We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU residents have rights under GDPR. Contact tom@launchcro.io to exercise these rights.

Results depend on numerous factors outside LaunchCRO™'s control including company readiness, market conditions, and execution quality.
The LaunchCRO™ platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LaunchCRO™ does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WSS LLC and LaunchCRO™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to LaunchCRO™ in the 12 months preceding the claim.
LaunchCRO™ is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or outcomes of executives introduced through the platform. The engagement relationship is directly between the company and the executive.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any LaunchCRO™ intellectual property without express written permission. This includes the matching methodology, verification framework, platform copy, and proprietary documents.
By submitting information to LaunchCRO™ you grant WSS LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information for the purposes of providing platform services including AI-powered matching and verification.
LaunchCRO™ uses artificial intelligence as a core part of its matching, verification, and engagement planning services.
All AI-generated outputs are reviewed by a human operator before being delivered to users. No fully automated decisions with legal or significant effects are made without human oversight.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. LaunchCRO™ is not liable for errors in AI-generated outputs. Users should not rely solely on AI-generated content for business decisions without independent verification.
Information submitted through the platform may be processed by third-party AI systems including Anthropic. By using the platform you consent to this processing. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
